The Rutland Historical Society is located within The Wood House at 232 Main Street, Rutland Massachusetts. The Wood House has been home to the Society since they moved into the home in 1975. Formally known as the Franklin T. Wood House, it was built in 1908 for Mrs. Sadie Morris and was willed to the town of Rutland by Hazel Hanff Morris Wood in 1975.
